Bucha Brew

I tried two passionfruit kombuchas during this trip, and this was the worst of the two. Still totally fine and drinkable, but really sour in a way that made me think of lemon juice. Though there were tropical notes, the overall drink felt unbalanced and at times also almost yeasty.
