Smell prior to infusion is next to nil…an ever so slight hint of melon nose.
After steep is complete it’s a melon and celery type aroma.
It’s an average looking green tea liquid.
The taste is lovely.
Creative and different. I like it! Melon tones is the way to go with this tea!
Preparation
I just acquired a little bit more of this for my stash! It looks a lot like Spinach! LOL. But it’s still yummy as described before.
A quite forgiving tea…you can oversteep and it’s more green tea than flavors but it’s still fairly tasting by doing this. I do prefer the regular infusion time for this one tho…brings out the bright flavors and it’s juicier that way. :) The rest of this is headed silvermage2000’s way!
The medium-dark liquor of this tea has a very light flavor. The tea itself has floral notes, while the lychee adds hints of plum and honey. Taste it first before adding sugar the first time you brew this up, as it is quite sweet on its own.
The only thing that would make this cup better for me is if the actual tea flavor was a tad stronger in comparison to the lychee.
That sounds really good.
