3 Tasting Notes
As far as Chai Tea’s go this is a pretty budget blend, I enjoy a strong chai blend and although this tasted very subtle without milk and once tiny bit of milk is added all the flavours seem to completely vanish. Perhaps a good quiet introduction to Chai for some people
Preparation
Managed to grab a cup of Jing’s Jasmine Silver Needle White Tea from a fellow tea drinking friend, really enjoyable the subtle hint of Jasmine. This tea made a refreshing change to a straight silver needle similarly to ‘mermaidcatch’ there were a few leaves in the basket but there was no overpower with the flavours very sweet and subtle.
Preparation
I was bought a selection of teas from Dammann Freres after family visited paris i received this tea in a fantastic case of 4 with a lovely gold covered infuser. This tea was very refreshing and smooth on the pallet not too sweet, short aftertaste and medium tolow viscousity very enjoyable
