The dry mix is so heavy with fruit, which makes for one expensive tea. I used my entire 20 gram sample to make this cup, and being the frugalista that I am, this already starts me off on the wrong foot.
As for the taste, there is a mild tartness, as one would expect with cranberries, but it’s not translating quite right at the end of the sip. It’s leaving a strange dry feeling on my tongue – it’s on the verge of a dry-sour-almost chalky taste that I don’t enjoy. To make matters even worse, this doesn’t re-steep well.
Oh man…There is something in this that is not agreeing with my tummy :(
The idea of this tea is so fun and unique, and I love that it has mistletoe in it – so festive! It’s not a bad tea, it just isn’t well-suited to me. Between that and the price, I have no plans to buy it again.

this one has fantastic health benefits but you are right about the cost… I got a tin and at 100g the tin was nowhere near filled.. I don’t think it was half… I got them to fill it and it pretty much broke the bank… I don’t even particularly like the taste but it worked well for my friend when she had a uti, so I wanted to keep some around in case of emergency.
I never thought about the health benefits – interesting. It really is too bad about the cost though.

its potent.. cause its real cranberries and then green tea…. haha…. the lack of added sugar must be what made it work way quicker than cranberry juice!
