Yummy but don’t over steep or this will get bitter. When it’s cold outside or you’ve had a bad day this is joy in a cup. So warm and full of the scents of holiday baking and pumpkin pie. Add whipped cream or milk. Use maple syrup or maple agave. This is really good to share with grandkids.

This tea has a citrus smokey taste. It is sweet without being bitter. I tried it with and without cream and prefer it without. Also too much sweetener makes it taste like candy which is way too much. A little agave is fine or honey. Brewed with spring water…1 TB for 2 1/2 cup pot. The flavor is interesting and unusual. I would not like it weak or iced or over steeped. I did not taste definate rose or chocolate.

Well, I keep going back to see if I am going to change my mind about this tea. After 4 tasteings using Spring Water to brew…a 2 cup pot…using 1 TB and letting the tea steep for about 5 min. also with sugar instead of honey or agave and cream instead of milk. I love this tea!!! The roasting of the leaves is just enough to give a subtle smoke like the experience of chicory coffee at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. The mocha note with orange is just and not cloying. This is not too girly. Solid robust flavor.

This is such a beautiful girly tea. Small rose buds…perfect and sweet but not perfumy. The taste is more of fruit and rosehip with a nose that brings on Springtime. This is definately tea party tea. Steep 5 min. at 212 degrees 2 tsp per 8oz water. Good 2nd pour. Lovely aroma and flavor. Milk works well.

I use this tea for cooking! I cool a bit and steep apples in the frig then drain and add to fruit salad with sliced strawberries and smoked salmon on a bed of baby spinich. This has caused amazing results. People can’t figure out what the amazing taste is. TEA!

This is so delicious. Christmas in a cup. Smoky chocolate orange without being bitter. Went to get some more and it was sold out. I can’t get the rating bars to work…so I give 100%. I do prefer this tea with cream because it is so rich and dark.

Had this again last night…with cream again and sugar….lite sugar…yum. The leftovers or drippings strong and rich I added to some morning coffee I brewed to nurse a nagging migraine (caffeine helps). The chocolate orange worked well in the coffee. Try it sometime. I have no problem cooking and experimenting with tea. Coffee Pu’ruh added to simmer sauce or stew in a small amount is awesome. Noone can figure out what the smokey flavor is. You just have to add a little tea to replace water in many recipes.
