This is a light, fresh mint flavor, lacking the bitterness I have found in some bagged peppermint teas.

Refreshing!

I have always disliked this tea when brewed hot. It seems no matter how short the steep time, it always comes out bitter and tannic. This time, I tried a cold steep. I steeped it in the fridge for 23 hours, and it came out very pleasant. There was a very slight tannic aftertaste at the bottom of the glass, but overall no bitterness in the cup. I won’t be buying this tea again, but I think I can be happy using up the rest this way, especially come summer.

I drank this on Friday for the first time – I don’t remember how long I steeped for. The directions say 2 minutes, but I may have gone with 1. It was delicious!

I have been having a hard time finding black teas that I like, that do not end up bitter and astringent when I brew them. So I was pleasantly surprised when I brewed this for the first time! it’s delicious – no trace of bitterness at all. The ginger is the predominant flavor to me, mellowed by the peach, with a nice full black-tea base. I will be drinking this one a lot.

This tea is just… amazing. The flavor is full bodied cacao and grape, like the name suggests. I wish it wasn’t a limited edition, because I want this to be a staple in my cupboard!

I brew this at a lower temperature, not because I want to, but because that’s as hot as the water gets from the dispenser at work!

I love the color of this tea! It’s a pretty berry-pink when brewed, which I just love to look at. The flavor is fruity – I notice the apple notes more than the nuttiness. Overall, it’s very smooth. The nuts add a pleasant body to it.

This is one of my favorite teas. I could drink it all day.

The first time I drank this, I followed the instructions to the letter (4-5 minute steep time at 175). I found it a bit bitter at that time, so today I reduced the steep time to 3 minutes, and it is perfect! Much smoother and fuller in flavor. There is a hint of earthiness to it. This is the first straight white tea that I have tried. I look forward to trying more!

I am a bit disappointed that re-steeping didn’t really work out for me. I steeped exactly the same way a second time (same temp, same time), and this time the tea did come out quite bitter. I guess I’ll have to experiment with the re-steep…

This is a delicious, sweet blend. There is sugar in the dried pineapple, though, which I find unfortunate.
