I bought this one with the intention of drinking it iced, which I have done only once. It is very good iced, but I also enjoy it as a hot tea. It has a strong, fruity aroma, and surprisingly it steeps to a very pale straw color. It has very nice flavor. We drank it unsweetened today, and my friend kept commenting on how very sweet it was. It is a nice tea, not too tart (don’t think of it in the vein of Tazo Passion), and very refreshing in this abominably hot weather! I want to try rebrewing these bags and see what sort of result I get….

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 3 min, 30 sec

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
