drank Earl Grey by Stash Tea

This earl grey is ok, but nothing special. The bergamont flavour is medium intensity but lessens with each re-steep.

Flavors: Bergamot, Earl Grey, Earth, Tannin

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 15 sec 1 tsp 10 OZ / 300 ML

drank Christmas Morning by Stash Tea

Even though this tea has quite a few interesting tasting notes (vanilla, minty, sweet, spices) it isn’t something I would consider amazing. It was ok, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It also loses most of its undertones when it is re-steeped. The second cup just tastes like a generic black tea.

Flavors: Malt, Milk, Mint, Spices

Preparation
Boiling 3 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 10 OZ / 300 ML

There is a bit of sweetness to this tea, however it gets very acidic if left too long. It makes an excellent tea when you are sick and is also very nice iced. I recommend adding a bit of sweetener.

Flavors: Lemon, Lemon Zest, Lemongrass, Sour, Sweet, Tart

drank Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea by Stash Tea

This tea is good for when you are sick, but it is a bit acidic so avoid it when you have a raw throat. I usually add a bit of sweetener when make it hot or cold. Avoid letting it steep more than four minutes because the sour gets overpowering and the ginger is spicy.

Flavors: Ginger, Lemon, Lemon Zest, Sour, Spicy, Tart

Very minty, you can’t taste the green tea at all. Overall it is fairly plain. It is good hot but I like making it in a pitcher with lemon wedges and a bit of honey.

Flavors: Menthol, Mint, Peppermint

Preparation
Iced 4 min, 0 sec 3 tsp 51 OZ / 1500 ML

drank Christmas Eve [duplicate] by Stash Tea

This is one of my all time favourite teas. It can be re-steeped again but I wouldn’t do more than 2-3 steeps total. It is fantastic with milk or iced with a bit of honey. I highly recommend this tea before bed, too. The cinnamon, spearrmint, and peppermint combine so nicely it is super soothing. I also make this tea when I have a difficult day ahead or if I feel stressed because it is so relaxing.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Medicinal, Menthol, Mint, Nectar, Nut Fruits, Orange Zest, Peppermint, Spearmint

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 12 OZ / 350 ML

Bio

I am a biochem major hoping for a career in research genetics and evolutionary biology. I love science fiction and spend too much of my time reading comic books. I’m a passionate keeper of spiders, cacti, and exotic plants. I eat a vegan, plant-based diet for moral and environmental reasons (I mention this only because it is relevant to which flavoured teas I drink).

I drink mostly flavoured and low caffeine teas/tisanes, but I will try anything twice. As far as pure teas go, I gravitate towards whites, yellows, and jade oolongs. I’m always open for trades and sample sales/exchanges. Message me any time :)

My cupboard is mostly up to date. For a more comprehensive list, see my stash spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-HjWKR3um-xEnj6HC9vMvKXOAyj_bpW5u_2ixEC20-k/edit?usp=sharing
