I’m trying to get over a cold and thought that this might be just the thing. Steeping the tea yields a deep, rich red liquid that smells strongly of currant and hibiscus. Upon drinking, the tart currant flavor overwhelmed any other taste. I wish it was a bit more balanced since I actually like the flavor of enchinacea. Oh well, it is completely drinkable and hopefully will have some magical healing power to kick this cold to the curb!

Being a former Seattleite, I am a converted coffee addict. I am partial to Oolongs. I also drink quite a bit of Pu-erh tea as it has become my go to morning beverage.
