1800 Tasting Notes
Advent day 5! I’m catching up on some reviews that I’ve fallen behind on. I didn’t realize this was a white tea (my bad), and stepped it a bit hotter and a bit longer than I generally would a white tea, but it actually came out wonderfully! It has a really distinct strawberry/raspberry compote flavor. It really tastes like a warm berry jam. The hibiscus isn’t too overwhelming. I really loved this one, and I’d actually repurchase it!
Flavors: Blackberry, Raspberry, Strawberry
This was absolutely wonderful. A very nice, smooth green base. Nutty, caramel, sesame beautifulness. Absolutely loved this one, and I will definitely be buying a tin once my sample is out.
Flavors: Caramel, Nutty
This is a newly released tea from Bird and Blend. It’s not on the website quite yet, but i just got it with my subscription. This is a super yummy, tart festive punch. The balance of orange/lime leaves (which I love!) and the cloves/cinnamon are absolutely wonderful. Such a cozy winter tea. I do still prefer Sleigh Ride by DavidsTea as my herbal/fruit punch/holiday blend, but this is a really nice alternative.
Flavors: Cinnamon, Clove, Hibiscus, Lime
