Backlogging from a day or two ago. This is a delicious and unusual tea. It does have the expected “piney” or evergreen flavor, but it has a subtle sweetness that was unexpected. I would recommend shorter steeps or lower temps, since it got sort of sludgy on me.

I like Earl Grey, I like Lady Grey, so why wouldn’t I like the Duchess?

Yes, indeed, I do like Duchess Grey very much! More lemony than Twinings Lady Grey, but I like that for a bit of a change.

Oh no, I am running low on this! How can the tea cabinet be so full, yet I am running low on several favorites? I think it’s time for spring cleaning.

Delicious! I’m not sure that I can taste the cheesecake, but this is definitely a richly flavored coconut tea. My husband, who does not like coconut, commented that the steeping tea was the strongest coconut smell he had ever smelled. Good thing he doesn’t have to drink it! I’m thinking that while my sugar and soymilk made a lovely dessert tea, it might be holding back the cheesecake flavor. So, I’ll try it sometime plain, or maybe with soymilk but no sweetener.

This is a good, solid tea. Nice green tea base with a subtle mango flavor.

Juicy and not too tart – I like it!

A little bitter today, but I think I added too much leaf. I haven’t quite figured out how much to measure into the T-sac for my all of my usual teas – I need to get new infusers! Half an infuser-full was always just right.
