drank Cucumber Mint Fusion by Tealux

First time trying this tea. Smelled so good in the package a really nice spearmint smell with just a hint of cucumber. The tea still have the spearmint flavour but the cucumber is very mild. It’s almost like a plain spearmint tea but with just a hint of something different.Organic Guayusa is one of the main ingredients and I don’t know what that tastes like so maybe that’s what I’m picking up. Still a good tea. May leave a follow up review after I’ve had a few more cups.

drank RASPBERRY & LITCHI by Tealux

Was looking forward to this tea but was dissappointed. I don’t often have black tea but will enjoy it ocassionally so my review is based a bit on that. I couldn’t taste any raspberry in this tea. It has a mild but pleasant aroma which I believe is the litchi. The litchi blends well with the black tea but I prefer litchi with green tea as I found this black tea a bit too strong.

Update: Tried this tea again today. Still don’t like it. Raspberry and litchi are things I love but this mix just doesn’t taste good. Still giving it a low rating.

This is very similiar to 7th Heaven by Tealux but they’ve added rooibos and candy to the mixture. The candy adds a bit of sweetness and the rooibos seems to blend well with the lapacho and other flavours. It’s a pleasant tea when I’m looking for something herbal. I know I’ve been on a tea tasting binge and have been overdosing on my share of caffeine. I haven’t decided yet if I would buy it again, only because I really loved 7th Heaven and this is just so close to that.

drank Milk Oolong | Jin Xuan by Tealux

I just got a huge order from Tealux and I’m kicking myself for not ordering enough of this tea. As soon as I opened the bag and smelled, it was so delicious. A milky sweetness. It was hard to believe an unflavoured tea has such a nice aroma. I was not dissappointed once I brewed it either. Although it smells sweet it wasn’t sweet for flavour but had that milky/buttery taste to it. Yum! Now it looks like I’ll have to order more of this from Tealux. I’m just wondering how it compares up to other milk oolong’s since this is my very first milk oolong.

It’s been 4 months since I left this review and had this tea the other day. I still think it deserves this rating. It’s the best milk oolong I’ve tried so far. Still fresh tasting and delicious.

I bought this one last year sometime. Only a couple tsps left but when I opened the package it still smelled fresh and milky. I brewed it my new yixing teapot. Still has that wonderful milky buttery flavour. I still say this one is a winner in my tea cabinet anyway.

I enjoy some of the teas from Organic India but this tulsi tea is not among my favourites. The holy basil tends to overpower any of the peach flavour. I can taste a tiny bit of it along with the hibiscus but the basil is just too strong and doesn’t seem to go with these flavours. Not a bad tea. I will finish off what I have but won’t buy this one again.

drank Climber's High by Tealux

There are so many different teas and ingredients in this tea I wasn’t sure what to expect. It had so good reviews so I gave it a try. I found it had a very rich body like coffee and was very dark. That must have been from the pu’erh. It had a subtle spicy favour which was fine with me as I don’t like the spices overdone.

drank Irish Morning by Tealux

Just got this one from Tealux so gave it a try. I don’t normally drink black teas. I find them too strong for me and this is listed as a strong tea. However, when I brewed it I found it wasn’t strong at all. It was mellow for a black tea and loved the rum flavour.

drank White Coco Dream by Tealux

I bought this tea based on the good reviews I read. I love coconut anything but haven’t had good experience with coconut flavoured teas. Being skeptical I only bought the sample size but it is quite nice. I brewed at the recommeded temperature. The white tea and coconut blend well together with the coconut not being too overpowering. There seems to be almost a butterscotchy taste to the coconut too which is quite pleasant.

drank 7th Heaven by Tealux

First time trying this tea from Tealux and it’s going to be one of my all time favs. It’s not a tea for everyone but I drink Lapacho tea on it’s own anyway just for the earthy taste and the antifungal properties. The citrus/vanilla flavouring mixes well with the Lapacho and it makes a wonderful evening tea.

Bio

Green teas are my favourite teas but I also enjoy: white, some herbal, rooibos, raw pu’erh, light oolongs, a little bit of black , and a little bit of ripe pu’erh. I have moved away from artificial flavourings and there’s hardly anything left in my cabinet with artificial flavouring or colours. It is mostly straight teas or tea blends.
