I’m a big (Japanese) green tea fan and this is pretty close to it. Its fresh and brews wonderfully. I have enjoyed it every day since I got it. And, believe it or not, it suppresses my appetite and that is a welcome side effect. Well, it’s not a side effect according to the Dr. Oz show, but I’m kinda sceptic about all these “miracles” that are described on TV or ads. But this tea worked well! I used to drink it at night and found out it’s best thing ever to prevent me from evening crawling for sweet. The flavor is sweet and floral, you don’t need any sweetener; is vegetal and earthy, with sweet grassy notes, and a slightly roasted flavor. But you have to steep it longer as the leaves are big and waxy

Flavors: Earth, Grass, Honey, Roasted

Preparation
185 °F / 85 °C 8 min or more 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML
