309 Tasting Notes
Second Steeping: Charcoal flavor is less, but so is everything else. Short finish, nothing greatly catching about the flavor in general or specific. Okay, but I’d rather trade or give it to someone else who might get more out of it than I.
Preparation
My first white tea so it’s hard to describe well as I don’t have the experience or tasting ability for it yet. So far, it has a light taste; green with the tiniest, hard-to-find sugary note feeling under the front of the tongue. I say good but not awesome, but then, as said, I don’t have any experience with whites, really.

Honey colored, seed-toned scent; the flavor is very interesting, front of the mouth is the tiniest bit sweet and tan, the back of tongue is very nutty and rich. Little finish, but pleasant. Best when drunk when juuuuustt cool enough to drink; letting it cool more leaves out a lot of the flavor.
Preparation
Scent has fruity, sort of raspberry, notes. The taste is lighter than most Assams, giving a delicate impression… not as dainty or light as a Darjeeling, but more so than other Assams I’ve tasted. It’s also a bit floral in flavor. A very pleasing cup of tea!
