This is a very well balanced tea. The chocolate elements do not overpower the hazelnutty elements, leading to something reminicent of a fancy bonbon in a little chocolate shop.
This feels like an autumnal tea to me, like it would be fabulous to have on a chilly morning. I might keep ahold of the rest of this sample to try when it cools down some.

Hah! We both tried this at the same time this morning and gave it a similar score.

drank Vanilla Comoro by Harney & Sons

After this mornings cup of Bigelow vanilla, I have decided to refresh my palatte with a cup of Comoro, and some fresh raspberries.
I’m almost out of Comoro, which is, of course, a problem. I feel like I always need Comoro!

My love of vanilla will send me in quest of new and diffrent teas anytime. This isnt bad, but its certainly not a well balanced medly of tea and vanilla, like the best are. This is pure bottled vanilla, heated up and poured into a teacup. A little bit fake tasting. But it certainly smells like its advertised to. No balance, in this cup.

i am about to try silk road’s ‘vanilla plantation’….. it seems to be a vanilla day!

Ysaurella

you need to taste Vanille des îles of Mariage Frères so…

Rosehips

drank Pure Mint by Twinings

Found this in the clearance bin at my local grocery store. I was interested. As a fan of mint tea, I thought I had tried it in most of its forms, but a black mint was new to me.
Its good. The mint does not get lost at all in the tea base, which is a relief, and you are left with a pleasant aftertaste of mint. Suprisingly good.

drank Damask Rose by Lupicia

Am I really the first one to review this? No pressure!
I drank several pots of this before getting a strong enough opinion to write about. Its kind of that sort of tea. A little unmemomorable. Its got rose flavor, but the astringincy of the tea sort of overpowers it, leaving me with a less mellow tea then I would like. Its got some natural sweetness, but more smoke to it then sweet.
Not a bad tea, you understand, just not wildly impressive.
And its got a very pretty tin.

The discription does not lie. Strawberries and cream! This is scrumptious. The strawberry flavor is perfect, just like the real thing, fresh from the farmers markets.
Even if Roobious isnt usually your thing, give this a try. Its wonderful.

drank Gypsy Rose by Zhena's Gypsy Tea

Had another cup of this today. Theres nothing really wrong with it, but I find it a little strong on the rose flavor, and a little one dimensional. Too bad, I was looking for an easily accessible rose tea, but I don’t think this is it.

Uggh, it was extra hard to drag myself out of bed this morning. I rewarded myself for managing to actually get up with a cup of this. Almond pastry in a cup. It helped to make my bitter morning a little sweeter.

Brewed this up as my last cup of the evening yesterday.
This is very smooth, and the fruit flavoring is blended really well. The red tea is hardly noticable under the fruit flavor, which makes it seem like the fruit might be overpowering, but its not at all.
I like it, but am not compleatly overwhelmed by it. Will happily have another cup if it ever comes my way again.
Thanks to Sophie and Laurent!

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
