Reminds me a lot of a black tea… The Ooooh Darjeeling has some hints of astringency, but it’s not so in-your-face like with many black teas. It has a malty and slightly fruity flavor which is similar to an earl grey. I think it would probably make a good breakfast tea if you are looking to try something different.

I took a small break from tea drinking during the summer, I’m not a huge fan of ice teas and it was generally too hot outside for standard preparation. I’m back now and working through my collection again. Most of the tea I have right now is about a year old and from Adagio… But I’m slowly adding some new, higher quality teas. With that said, even the old Adagio stuff I’m really enjoying.
