I have a bag of this, loose, and make a pot fairly regularly. It’s mild, a bit sweet, gentle – simple – like drinking water :-) I drink it hot or cold, or in between…

I get this tea (bagged, in a cup) at a local cafe. It is wonderful – amazing vanilla, and mild rooibus. Lovely pairing.

Amazing, authentic vanilla aroma + nice black tea base = yum! I usually need to add sugar to basic black tea, but I found the sugar wrecked this one. Plain is best, lets the vanilla shine. Very pricey for tea ($12CAN a box), so won’t buy it often.

This was one of four teas I bought in little pouches from David’s Tea. Sadly, I disliked all four of them and returned them all. The vanilla was obvious, but seemed artificial. I love vanilla with black tea (Mighty Leaf’s “Vanilla Bean” – yum) or with rooibus (local cafe blends a Madagascar Vanilla with Rooibus – yum again), but not with green, at least, not like this. The vanilla and the green tea seemed to need to be separate, imo.

Definitely strong! I steep for about 3-4 minutes and add some sugar.

I love this tea – I drink pretty much only this brand/type of Earl Grey. I’ve tried others that call themselves Earl Grey and get no bergamot at all, just black tea. This has plenty of bergamot flavour/scent. Also, I can happily leave the bag in the entire time, as it doesn’t get too strong.

I wanted to try this in the original, with no “chai” or other extras to distract. Very herby in aroma and taste. Slightly lemony, with a hint of a basil/herb scent. I drink it plain and quite like it.

Mild, minty – one of my favourite mellow teas. I blend this when I don’t want a caffeinated tea.
