A great little off-the-beaten-path coffee place in the woods, which also happens to serve some pretty good tea lattes and herbal tea tonics. There’s a more popular and touristy cafe in Guerneville, but this place has the superior goods. It’s very small, funky, artsy, everything’s organic and homemade, many of the teas are local blends, sometimes there’s live music.

This is a nice place with a nice garden space in the back. They make pretty good tea lattes and herbal tea tonics, and have a whole wall of loose leaf teas to shop from, including several of their own herbal mixes for medicinal purposes.

Bio

I’ve finally chosen between coffee and tea, and tea came out on top. While I’ve always enjoyed tea, I’ve only recently begun applying myself to learning more about it’s nuances. I’m lucky enough to live near some very interesting little herb and loose leaf tea shops, and I’m experimenting with crafting my own blends.
This year, I’m going to try to grow my own tea plants, Camellia sinensis.
