So today I had to go see my dr at UCLA. Decided to stop by Lupicia since it’s right near there, only to find that it was gone. I was there a few weeks ago and there wasn’t any sign or anything that they were going out of business. But it kinda makes sense.
Might have higher quality tea than Teavana, but it’s not the kind of store that would stay in business. The people weren’t really nice or anything, and since they don’t get paid by commission like Teavana they didn’t have much of a reason to talk to you or anything. xD So not really surprised. just kinda bummed out. Guess I’m back to ordering that stuff online and paying the ridiculous shipping price! :(
Anywho, so since I couldn’t go there I decided to turn in my free tea to go coupon from Teavana that I got with my last order.
This tea was a sample in the store, and I had never tried it before. I have always liked the strawberry rose champagne tea, so I HAD to try this one.
Oh my word.
This is like my new favorite tea from Teavana!
It’s seriously sooo good!
The jasmine mixed with the strawberry rose is such a good combo! I’m really impressed by it! The strawberry rose gives it a really sweet taste, which would be even enough without the rock sugar, and the jasmine gives it that floral tone to it that I love. It’s just such a good combo. I’m actually really really shocked.
Apparently this is their newest blend.
I have the strawberry rose tea at home already. I really need to pick up some jasmine pearls and mix them. I can’t wait-I am so excited to do that!
Getting this tea made up for the sadness over Lupicia not being there anymore.
It was just THAT good.
I honestly am so so impressed. I Mean I like a few teas from there, but it’s not like my favorite place to get tea from, and I don’t order actual tea from there that much.
But this is one that I’d totally buy.
It’s only gonna be a sample for like a week and a half more they said. So if any of you people actually like Teavana and live near one, you should totally go and try this one. it’s sooo good! :D
