Treat it as a green, and I like it a whole lot better.
Although I steeped it cool, and for a shorter length of time, and a lot of astringency is making itself known as the tea cools.
Anyways, this is nice. My brother really REALLY liked it as well. But he probably brewed it with water at a rolling boil, for 5 minutes. Oh, those coffee drinkers… ;)

Haha while my brother may not do something like that, he seems to think that Tea Desire is the best/only loose leaf worth buying.
Haha. He still has the Puerh and oolong samples. I need to convince him to try them! I think they’re less fiddly than a Darjeeling. :) (I have no idea how he steeped the teas, but I tease him always. It’s my duty as the older sibling! :) )
I hope he tries them soon! I’d give my brother some stuff but I’m worried they’d just sit there. I got him to smell a bunch of Stacy’s teas the other day, and he was all, “Meh, I have Tea Desire.” Ooooooook?
