Pretty sure this was the tea that made my envelope smell like awesome potpourri. The first time I brewed it I wasn’t a total fan. But I steeped it a second time and then put a little bit of homemade vanilla sugar in and boy was it wonderful. I would totally stock up on this. It would be absolutely wonderful for a fall tea. I would like to taste a bit more of the orange though, the spice certainly shines here.

Just Blissful Black Oothu is somewhat naturally sweet, certainly a milder black tea. I prefer more mild black teas and this hit the spot.

This is a very delicate chai. It’s not overpowering and well-balanced. It is not spicy, like most chais i’ve had, but very light and very smooth. I enjoyed it because I far more enjoy the more mild chai flavors. Orange peel is listed as an ingredient, it lingers in the background. I’d like to see what it is like with more orange flavor!

drank Sencha by Tea Cozy

Tea Cozy’s Sencha is boldly vegetal, but not so much that it turns you off. The tea itself is a grassy green color, moderately dense, and leaves your water a delightful spring green. Overall, one of the better senchas i’ve had.

The seller mentioned this was one of their best selling greens at the moment so I picked up about 1.5 oz. It is your typical fruity green, well flavored but not as smooth as I would like it. Tea Cozy sells a Fiji Green that is absolutely delicious, I would recommend that over Green Powerfruit.

Just Pure Green is a very basic, light green tea. It would be a great base for flavoring/blending if you enjoy doing that.

Well this was my first experience with an Assam. It smelled absolutely delicious but I was just not a fan of the flavor. A bit too bitter for my taste.

As expected, Just Perfect Peony is the perfect example of a floral tea. Lightly flavored with sweet floral notes and a hint of citrus in the aftertaste, as if accompanied by a drop or two of lemon juice. I would prefer it be a bit stronger tasting, but I like strong floral flavors if i’m doing a floral tea.

Just Naughty ‘Nilla is incredibly smooth as far as black teas go. It’s combination with carob is a bold move, but well executed. While possessing a wonderful flavor, I wish it had stronger hints of vanilla. Regardless, still a good tea.

Ah, nothing like burning your tongue to start off your tea review. This is actually a wonderful tea! It smells like dessert and tastes like a mild hot chocolate almost. I don’t get much of the hazelnut flavor, at first I thought I didn’t steep it well enough but i’ve done it twice now and don’t taste it. It’s a decent tea, but I think there are probably better dessert blacks available for sure.
