This tea was a medium green and had a sweet smell with a hint of grass. I prepared it according to the directions, using a bamboo whisk and scoop. The flavor was bitter, grassy and vegetal, and had a creamy mouth-feel. I wouldn’t say this is my favorite, but I would drink it again.
