A sipdown (4) brewed as a family tea.

Agastache foeniculum is probably a very interesting herb. The tea is thick, silky and bit oily. But as it isn’t a minty way too much, it’s good; as it is not a Mint only. Lemon balm isn’t much present a lemon twist too. But it’s a bit lemony for sure. And then there is Agastache foeniculum which makes me feel it a bit like anise. And honestly, I like that!

Shame I ran out of this tea. A wonderful experience. Thank you Shae!

Flavors: Anise, Herbaceous, Lemon, Mint

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 8 min or more

The agastache IS anise hyssop, so you definitely are on the mark with your tasting. I plant it to attract bees and hummingbirds.

I am drinking almost everything. Tea bag collector who moved to wonderful world of loose leaf.

Trying to rate differently tea bags and loose leaf as tea bags have usually worse quality.

Buried in tea right now. Is in my cupboard (trying to be updated) which sparkled your interest? Write me, I would gladly share with you. But I don’t want anything in return now :)
