Well, I liked what I smelled in the store…I liked what I smelled again when I opened the bag to prep my tea this evening. HOWEVER, I am not liking what I am tasting at all. Mostly because there seems to be no taste at all to this tea. There is a SLIGHT hint of peach and strawberry and when I say slight I mean I really have to swish this one around in my mouth to bring out the flavor.

So I opted to pour it over ice…in order to “shock” it and hope that would bring out the flavor a little more. Now I can taste the jasmine and it still isn’t a good taste, but at least I am tasting something – right? Anyone have this and done anything to jazz it up a bit with good results? Please let me know. On a side note thankfully I did not buy a lot of this one.

Bio

I am a tea lover, a wife, mom of one, and servant to three cats (all rescues). I love to read and write. I’m also a BIG fan of the following shows: BBC Sherlock, Doctor Who, Law and Order, Supernatural, Bones, and more – bless Netflix.

I started drinking and enjoying tea when I was 7 (sure it was bagged Lipton, but it got me started) with my grandmother. As I said it was Lipton with milk and sugar (and peanut butter and jelly on toast) and my love just grew from there. I was brought to loose leaf through a trip to Teavana. But my taste has expanded to many different types of tea since then. I review teas at the link provided, check it out!
