A bit less zippy than a peppermint tea, more naturally sweet and less likely to mentholate your nose and throat. That might be good for some people, but I’ve found out that I do prefer peppermint. If I overbrew this one it turns my stomach a bit, so I do no more than 3 minutes at a near-boiling temperature.
