I was told you can eat the nuts after steeping. … I don’t think you should do it. Soggy nuts are not great. Just my opinion.
But, WOW, is this tea ever great! I looove it! It’s so… Nutty! Of course! It really is, as described, earthy, deep, oh… Just so… Musky like a forest! And just stuffing your nose in the vapours and breathing them in… Soft and beautiful. Absolute must for autumn, in my opinion; it really gives you that sense of damp fallen leaves, but in a warm, soothing cuppa that just makes everything seem so far away and unimportant. This tea is so dreamy; I didn’t expect to like it, but I love it. And, it’s an almond tea that does NOT taste like “all the other” almond teas! It’s very distinct. And the brilliant pink colour from the beetroot (which I don’t know if I taste, and that’s not a bad thing) is just so unexpected and sweet. It’s a very pleasant experience, from scent to taste to sight.
