This tea is definitely made for anyone who smokes cigarettes. It has a pronounced taste of tobacco with hints of Morel Mushrooms, alongside a hint of Musk. It is definitely not a tea for the faint of heart. If you like strong, woodsy teas, then dial this one up.

A mellow, yet very flavorful tea. When I got my shipment in from Amazon, there were close to a dozen assorted free samples in the box, and I tried a few of those first. I wasn’t that impressed with the ones I tried, except for the afternoon tea, so I was a little bit afraid of what this tea was going to taste like. But my fears were unfounded, because this is a delightful afternoon type tea and will take its place there on my daily schedule.

This was my third tea sample from Dilmah and it was the best of the three. A light bodied tea with a smooth taste and no lingering aftertaste.

A pleasant cup of English Breakfast. But not as bold or as malty as others I’ve tried.

A very light body with not much depth in the way of flavor. Has a peculiar aftertaste that I’m not caring for.

drank Cinnamon Vanilla by Stash Tea

I’m a big fan of Rooibus, so this tea wasn’t that bad. I could definitely taste the sarsaparilla, but not much in the way of Vanilla and the Cinnamon notes were very faint. All in all, kind of meh.

I think I’ve come to the realization that I’m not a big fan of Honeybush. It has a very astringent quality to me and I couldn’t taste any notes of Vanilla in this tea. To finish the box, I’ve been mixing it with a Rooibus chai tea to get rid of the remaining tea bags.

As Jasmine teas go, this was pretty much middle of the road. It had a nice Jasmine scent to it, but the taste was rather lacking. It’s good in a pinch, but I’ve had other Jasmine teas that far surpassed this one.

One cup of this in the morning and I’m definitely ready to face the day. Extremely bold, this is not for the faint of heart when it comes to an English Breakfast tea. Brews to a beautiful reddish brown color with a malty aroma and taste. I look forward to my morning cup every day, it hasn’t disappointed me yet.

drank Dragon Pearl Jasmine by Tealuxe

Absolute heaven in a cup. I’m big on Jasmine Teas, and this has been the best I’ve had so far. As the tea cooled while I was drinking it, the Jasmine flavor became even more pronounced. A definite plus in my book.
