I was going to use loose leaf as per instruction, but I’d never made them before, so I thought I’d go with teabags in case something went wrong that I wouldn’t waste as much.. Anyway, the tea eggs turned out pretty good, but I definitely need practice.

One of the people I live with brought some of this home, and I have been enjoying it quite a bit… hot or cold. It is strong and malty tasting, yet smooth (always a good combination). This is one of those teas that is good for every day drinking. This box of tea came with bags, not sure if this is available in loose leaf or not.
