From Tip Top Tea

Grade 2012 Spring picked Bai Mu Dan or White Peony from Fuding in Fujian province. The flavour and quality of this tea so impressed us, for the timebeing we have replaced our Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needles) with it entirely! Lovely bright and dark green leaves with a generous abundance of fluffy silver tips covered in downy white hairs. The infusion has a deep golden coloured cup with a tender, sweet taste of fruity honey and fresh perfume. Incredibly flavoursome and delicious white tea.

Origin: Fuding, Fujian Province, China

Strength: 3/5, Astringency: 1/5, Sweetness: 5/5
