Origin : Zhenghe, Fujian Province, China

Harvest Time : Mingqian period (first days of April)

Taste : white flowers, slighty buttery, lingering and refreshing taste

Brewery : two gramms of tea leaves for 25cl, use hot but not boiling water (80°C) so you won’t burn the leaves, wait for 1 to 2 minutes.

Recommended teaware : Porcelain or glazed gaiwan, glass cup
