From The Country House Co.

The Country House Company’s signature Darjeeling tea, The Empress of India is named after Queen Victoria for whom the Victoria Memorial in Calcutta was built. TCH acquired this tea straight from one of the best tea gardens in the world, located at the foothills of the Himalayas. With a warm muscatel aroma, this tea is the perfect complement to any occasion with subtle notes of grape and berries in the first sip.

TCH Grade: (to be graded)
Plucking: First Flush

Brewing Instructions
First Brew: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons and ‘cold brew’ over night in the refrigerator.
