From the Bees Teas

Black tea perfectly blended with raspberry, candied lemons, chocolate, and vanilla (although raspberry & lemon flavors are more prominent). This blend also contains sumac, which adds a tart lemon-like flavor while also adding great health benefits (antioxidants) . This is a sweet and tangy blend that can be enjoyed hot or iced, but is better served hot. Black tea is caffeinated more than white tea or green tea, but considerably less than coffee.

Ingredients: Black tea, raspberry, lemon peel, candied lemons, lemon myrtle, hibiscus, lychee, elderberries, sumac, cocoa, vanilla, stevia

Here’s Hoping Traveling Tea Box

This is nice. I taste Raspberry and lemon solidly throughout 2 steeps. I do not get any other flavour though, or anything more complex. As a simple raspberry lemon tea it succeeds . I am glad to have tried it.

Here’s Hoping Traveling Teabox – Round #5 – Tea #10
Another unique blend! The lemon really takes over with this one, with annoying hibiscus in the background diminishing any other flavors that might be in the cup. There should be cocoa, vanilla, raspberry, lychee, elderberries, sumac(?). But those are missing. The lemon is nice but the hibiscus shouldn’t be there. I also can’t taste the splenda in this. There are also so many ingredients that not much black tea is in the cup, resulting in a very light brew.

Oh how I enjoyed this tea. In no time at all I went thru the sample 1 oz that I bought. Delicious iced. Delicious hot. Even cold brewed it and the lemon flavors just popped. When I cold brewed this, it tasted almost like a raspberry lemonade. When I brewed it hot, it came out more like the name of the tea. Very happy with this one. Hoping to be able to re-order more soon but I took the dive and bought a mini van yesterday. (Between my boyfriend and I we have 4 kids) So my tea budget may have to be re-worked since now I have a car payment. Haven’t had one of those in about 10 years!

Anywho. . . Here are the rest of my ramblings. . .Happy Tuesday all!!
