I have removed my old tasting notes as I think I spoiled the tea by using too hot water for the first steeping.

I am now enjoying the 3rd steeping today of this lovely jasmine tea, each steep at about 75 Celsius for 5 minutes.

A lovely jasmine aroma, a very non-astringent tea (compares favorably to the Sencha), mild taste.
I wish the jasmine aroma on the tea was a stronger, but I could happily drink this tea ‘forever’.

From the small rolled ‘pearls’, to how they sink to the bottom of your cup and slowly unfurl, to the light yet lush jasmine flavour – this is a beautiful tea from start to finish! Its also one of those teas that seem expensive up front, but as it stands up so well to multiple infusions I’d say it’d end up on par (or maybe cheaper) than a regular jasmine green. And much nicer too!
Brew this in a glass cup or teapot if you can, so you can watch the pearls do their thang!

I have to be in a mood to have jasmine tea, but tonight was that night, LOL. One of the better varieties of this I had, I must say. Not super strong (but I purposely didn’t put a lot of the little balls in the tea bag), but still delicious.

Another daily favorite of mine, this is in my cup almost daily. It’s a good anytime tea – or when you’re relaxing – or enjoying Yum Cha at your favorite Chinese Restaurant.
