Tender leaf-and-bud sets have been discreetly scented with fresh jasmine flowers to create these precious Jasmine Phoenix Pearls. While the sun is out, farmers hand-pick thousands of jasmine buds that are poised to bloom that same evening. The buds are then layered with tea and kept in woven bamboo trays until they blossom, releasing a sumptuous fragrance into the tea. This scenting process is repeated multiple times, each time a few days apart to allow a thorough penetration of the flavors into the tea. Our high grade Jasmine Dragon Pearls will hold up to multiple infusions without losing the relaxing jasmine aroma or sugarcane-like sweetness.

Consistent with Soleil Teas’ other products, this Jasmine Pearls is very high quality and reasonably priced. When I say reasonably priced I don’t mean cheap (I’ve found much cheaper at a local store). But it’s very affordable for what you get. Jasmine Pearls are, after all, Jasmine Pearls to me. Very natural scent and succulent taste but I gotta say I love their Elderflower Delight much more in terms of flower teas.
