This is a gentle EG! I don’t know if I would call it “classic”…because it’s not what I would call stereotypical of the EG’s sold, for the most part, today. It’s more gentle…semi-smooth, it becomes juicer as it cools, and it’s not astringent or chemically and the floral notes and bergamot notes are more subtle than most and for that I am grateful!

A very good Earl Grey. The flavor is smooth and strong – a solid black tea base with a pleasing level of bergamot. The jasmine notes are subtle but enhance the sweeter floral qualities of the bergamot. This is one of the sweeter Earl Grey teas that I’ve encountered.

Very nice!
