From Monstrositea

Keemun (or Qimen) is a black tea from the Anhui province of China, just to the south of the Yellow Mountains, an area thought to offer the most perfect weather conditions for tea growing.

It’s a solid foundation tea with a sweet, smooth taste which is quietly elegant and simple. The tightly rolled leaves have an aroma that has been described as intense leather.

This is the perfect tea for a Yixing pot if you have one. Brew 1tsp per cup at 85°C for 3-5mins. This one is often served with milk, if that’s your style. This tea should not be bitter at all so if if is reduce the strength.
