This tea tasted pretty good actually. I like it better than quite of few others I have tried.

Midori Spring Matcha is organic and the package shows a USDA Organic logo, so that can only be good, right? The matcha arrived in a 30g tin that even identifies the Japanese region where the matcha came from. I like little extra details like that. The tin itself is thick and not flimsy and the label directs the consumer to the company website for recipes and a full brewing guide. Under the screw-off lid, the tin is sealed with a pull up top like Snack Pack from when I was a kid and kids were allowed to lick pudding off of sharp metal.

First of all, nice blog post as always. So, that cup is marvelous :)
While I was in Japan I had these: http://s11.postimg.org/p56qzbtzn/100_1403.jpg
Terribly dry, but there were good matcha snacks such as https://instagram.com/p/1K08G0RYGO/
