This is a slightly fermented beverage using a bacterial yeast, green tea, and sugar. The result is a slightly champagney, slightly vinegary health tonic high in natural vitamin B, antioxidants, and other radical biznass. It’s refreshing, energizing, and detoxifying. Ashkenaz Music and Dance Community Center has it on tap, try it out at Gilman and San Pablo in Berkeley.
