From Jade Leaves

Scutellaria

http://www.turtledragon.com/store/product.php?productid=16305
“Chan tea is a handcrafted infusia made from the tips of the Scutellaria plant commonly used in Chinese medicine to boost the immune system, clear heat and provide a wide spectrum ant-viral effect. Instead of using the root, this infusion is rolled from the tops of the plant which carry some of the same benefits as the root but also calm and produce a clear state of mind. The name is taken from Chan Buddhism in China where seated meditation is the primary means of obtaining enlightenment. This tea is extremely rare and is served in the Tan Jie temple outside of Beijing where it grows in the surrounding mountains. We at Jade Leaves are proud to bring a limited amount to you. It has a inty fresh vegetal flavour and gentle aroma”
