From Imperial Teas of Lincoln

This very high quality Phoenix Oolong is grown at 1050 metres and is grown on the first generation of tea bushes cloned from the famous ‘Song Dynasty’ trees. Its character and fragrance belongs to the Zhi Lan type, which translates as ‘Purple Orchid’. Its profound aroma also resembles tropical fruits, nectarines and peach. It has a silky quality in the mouth and leaves a long lasting flavour in the mouth.
