Picked before the spring rains, this tea shows many buds and slender, twisted leaves. The cup is pale green, with an alluring fresh fragrance and a sweet after-taste that hints of chestnuts.

It is difficult to find and many of the Foojoy teas seem to be discontinued, so if I knew the variety of tea I could probably find similar stuff. The dry leaf appearance is very similar to Mao Feng and/or “Clouds and Mist” style teas I currently have, so maybe this is one of those varieties.
