Drinking a lot of this tea lately for, well, obvious ‘sick tea’ reasons. Not sure if it’s placebo or not, but it does seem to help a bit with the congestion. I’m past the point of my throat being sore, but when it was the fennel and licorice root were soothing on my throat as well. I like the combo of lemon and fennel a lot, though don’t love the earthy heat of this particular ginger…
