From Carytown Teas

Bao Zhong (also known as Puochong) is a very lightly oxidized (fermented) tea that is a close cousin of traditional Oolong tea. Our Bao Zhong hails from Taiwan and brews a light celadon cup that is flowery and sweet. Little oxidation (10 %) makes it also related to Green tea, which is not oxidized. This careful process preserves the antioxidants.

Origin: Taiwan

Tasting Notes: A delicate fresh green infusion with notes of lilac and lily.

Brewing Instructions: 1 Tablespoon per 8oz cup, Steep at 195 degrees for 3 -4 minutes.
