From BourgeaTEA

The great, wonderful, original flavor of BourgeaTea Detox is a blend of luxury Golden Yunnan Pu-erh, Organic Rooibos, and precisely selected herbs (such as organic lemon myrtle, juniper, ginger, anise, marigold, and birch leaves — just to name a few). Together they purposefully mingle into a light and unique tea that exists to cleanse, clear any sort of hangover, and detoxify the body so that you can have health and a clear mind.

Bourgea’s Detox tea is one of my favorites of his. It has plenty of flavor and is supposedly packed with some general healthy body goodness, i.e. help a hangover, or the flu. I boil some water in my kettle and steep for 4 minutes exactly. If you like, drop some honey in the bottom of your cup before pouring for some more goodness. Definitely try the Detox tea!

I hope to learn more about this company…thanks for posting!!!

Not a problem, this is one of my good friends from school who owns the company. I’m helping build his website at the moment, and of course am a fan of his tea since I can get it locally! :)

I’ll let you know when it’s up so you can find out more about his company!

That would be awesome! Thanks!

The Pu-erh used in this one is rather mild so don’t let it scare you off. It primarily tastes of spice of lemons. I found it to be an enjoyable cup. Problem is that I don’t know how tea you get in small cannister.

Rich, complex flavor. Although I am typically a coffee drinker, this tea has converted me. Not only is it smooth, it has a complexity of flavor that seems to marry perfectly together. When you take a sip, you can taste the time that the blender took to pick out each individual flavor. A+++ I’m ordering my second batch as we speak.

Soo…I’m not really a fan of Pu-erh tea ,but I barley notice the taste of it in this detox mix. I love the lemon myrtle, juniper and the ginger in the mix. I have been drinking it every other day, for the flavor but not for the “detox” benefits. I feel good afterwards, but I also feel good after a good oolong as well. I would buy this again. It was a great price to I bought this and the green chai together for I think $16 plus they threw in some nice samples.
