The chocolate, marshmallow, and hazelnut brittle blend together to present a toasty burnt marshmallow-chocolate tone, and the hint of cinnamon adds the perfect light spiced undertone for the chai lovers out there. These flavors blend similarly in both hot and iced cups, and when milk is added, S’mores Chai delivers the most impeccable latte. This tea is a great guilt-free option for someone looking for a nice decadent dessert, or also makes a fantastic cup in the morning or when getting cozy.

the different ingredients blended together so nicely, creating a distinct flavored blend of their own. I was unsure what exactly the element was (maybe the tulsi?) but every sip had a very warm feeling and flavor to it that was delightful.

Looks and smell aside, the flavor of Green Passionfruit is very strong and distinct. As the name suggests, the passion fruit notes are the boldest of them all. The earthy green flavor is more of an afterthought, which makes sense given the dried fruit to tea leaf ratio visually present in a scoop. When warm, the fruit is at the forefront of every sip and I must say the same when it’s over ice.

The flavor of this tea was it’s biggest disappointment. It sort of tasted like a drink that was meant to be artificially flavored to taste like bubblegum, but as if the drink had expired. I don’t know how to exactly explain it, it was just really bad. The smell was terrible and the taste absolutely matched.

The flavor of this tea is one that is truly unique. Of course, the rich pu’erh leaves let off a slightly smoky hint. However, this is quickly cleared by the creamy and delicious combination of chocolate and cocoa. This tea is extremely rich in chocolate flavor, to me the essence is a more of a dark chocolate vibe rather than a classic super sweet milk chocolate which makes sense given the slight bitterness of cocoa nibs. Personally, I’m a major fan of dark chocolate, so this tea, especially steeped as a latte and topped with warm steamed milk, is one of my favorite winter tea treats.

It’s very nutty, but the slight spice element comes through just as prominently, and sippers are surprised by a subtle sweetness. I honestly feel like this tea hits almost all the flavor notes-it’s nutty, spicy, tart, sweet, and warm.

Now, I was really excited after smelling the raw ingredients and knowing that many have already enjoyed this steep. However, I have to say, I was a bit disappointed after my first few sips. This isn’t a bad tea, but I also don’t find anything particularly special or unique about it. It has the bitter black tea feel, but I am shocked that I don’t get the hint of any orange giving its smell. The fruit elements combine together to create a more subtle spice cake flavoring, but the orange is absent. As well, I find the flavor more hidden and subtle rather than the bold flavor I would normally expect from a black tea blend.

The flavour of this tea is pretty nice. It’s sweet but not boldly sweet to the point that you feel punched in the face. The flavours I find most dominating are coconut and caramel but again it’s not in a crazy bold kind of way, the flavours blend together quite nicely and are really subtle. As well, after this cup has sat for a while, I felt that the coconut scent became more apparent.

Although the look of the raw leaves may make one think the flavour will be rather subtle, this is not the case. The chocolate and strawberry bits certainly dominant the cup, completely masking the bitter taste of black tea that usually turns me off! I also think the flavour ratio of strawberry to chocolate within this blend is perfect, allowing for the bold chocolate taste to hit first followed by a refreshing fruity splash of strawberry!
