2 Tasting Notes

This was the very first loose leaf tea I tried and bought on a whim. At the time of purchase I bought a 4oz and have maybe 2oz left. After drinking half of it I started to explore and expand, meaning since then I’ve had this tea sitting in my cabinet and have not touched it since. It is a great tea, and I do really enjoy it when I want something a little more tart as it’s great hot with a little bit of honey. Although it’s certainly not my favorite, I do enjoy going back to it occasionally since it was really the first tea that got me into drinking tea.

I guess it was an okay tea, I thought I would like it from the way it smelled but I quickly learned that wasn’t the case. I guess I’m not a fan of ginger or anything similar to that because I’ve been starting to notice most teas I try that have similar ingredients as this tea haven’t been that great. Although it seems like a great tea, just not one for me.
