A tea that is not for everyone. It can appear to be tasteless/bland at first but it has hints of sweetness and vegetable taste. However, it’s true identity lays in its after taste. If you only like strong tasting tea I would stay away. If you like subtle notes and teas with multiple notes this is a good for you.

I added this tea after I tried it based on a recommendation. I was very surprised at the sweetness and how much bold it was compared to others I’ve had previously (other companies). I found it a very affordable pleasure, a ‘go-to’ tea every day for me.

I really like this tea, I feel like this should be their White Peony. I have white peony from other vendors and the silver buds ratio is about the same. Good welcoming tea for people who are just starting to try white tea and good for those who love the subtle notes.

I like the subtle sweetness mixed with the fragrance of Jasmine. Not the best tea of its kind but pretty good. I’ve been stalking their site waiting for a come back.

Flavorless, tea. I had my hopes up due to the great reviews. It was a let down for me.

drank Mei Hua by Adagio Teas - Discontinued

Bitter sweet moment for me. The sample was heavenly, a mixture of honey sweet notes and plum. The second time around it was bland and tasteless. I gave it a third try in case the second was a fluke… prepackaging the tea kills it adagio.

I love this tea. Is not an everyday tea for me, but when I need to feel the warmth of the spices I brew up a cup. Honestly at work everyone loves when I prepare it, just for the smell.

Extremely fragrant tea. This can be either really good or really bad depending on the person. I like it every once in a white to ‘change waves’, but I have to admit I bought the smallest size after the sample and its been lasting for a little over a year now.

Incredibly expensive tea, not worth the money. You can find better same/better quality for a LOT less if you look in the right places.

I bought this tea to make tisane at home for my girlfriend. It is pretty good for a flavored tea. I would recommend it by itself only if you know how to make your own blends at home. (Chamomile, Mint, Cinnamon, etc. are some of the flavors you can play with.)

I’ve been drinking tea for about 8-10 years now, but Puerh for about 7-8 years. I love learning and I love the people who ae passionate about it. This is a constant learning field and I love that too. I’m mostly in to Puerh, Black tea and Oolongs but I do enjoy other types from time to time.

I’m adding the scale because I noted that we all use the same system but it doesn’t mean the same to all.(I rate the tea not by how much I ‘like it’ only; there are flavors/scents I don’t like but they are quality and are how they are supposed to be and I rate them as such).

90 – 100: AMAZING. This the tea I feel you should drop whatever you are doing and just enjoy.

80-89: Great tea that I would recommend because they are above ‘average’ tea, they usually posses that ‘something’ extra that separates them from the rest.

70-79: An OK tea, still good quality, taste and smell. For me usually the tea that I have at work for everyday use but I can still appreciate and get me going through my day.

60-69: Average nothing special and quality is not high. The tea you make and don’t worry about the EXACT time of steep because you just want tea.

30-59: The tea you should probably avoid, the tea that you can mostly use for iced tea and ‘hide’ what you don’t like.

1-29: Caveat emptor! I feel sorry for my enemies when they drink this tea. :P
