Oh yeah, I finished this before Christmas. Know what I made with it? Matcha spritz cookies. The dough was so sticky from the cream cheese. They turned out alright taste-wise but were a nightmare in the cookie press. They were too sad looking to actually give to anyone, so my waistline was crying trying to finish them up. My boyfriend tried to help but he was too distracted by the lemon poppyseed thumbprint cookies and rum/brandy balls.
The joy yet problems of making too many types of cookies at once. :D
