Yum!

I prepared this according to their stovetop directions on the package- half water half milk, one tsp. of chai. I think next time I might double that, just to see how spicy I can go.
This is an extremely balanced cup, however – I really like the way all the flavors blend and I can’t wait to try it iced – oh the possibilities!
I am so glad I have a nice sized bag of this to play with!

This is a yummy chai – but then I expect nothing less from Yogic Chai. I don’t know that the Tulsi adds a tremendous amount of flavor to the cup, although I can taste a distinct mint-like note, especially in the aftertaste. It doesn’t influence the flavor heavily, though, but I do like the crisp, refreshing note that it does add.

I like Yogic Chai with or without milk… it is just really good chai.

I absolutely love this blend. This blend is perfect for those times I don’t feel like blending spices on my own. I love this steeped western style or traditionally made via stove. I’m sad to see this one go, but it was perfect for the holidays. It has been a fairly warm winter so far, and I’m glad! However, I was definitely in the mood for chai. mMmm… This last mug I made was made western style. I even used this blend previously for making chicken as I usually use cardamom for chicken. It is delicious! I even put it in my rice cooker.

Yesterday, my friends and I gathered for a holiday party/movie night. I made dumplings and this chai tea! I used about 3.5 tablespoons and about 4 cups of water and heated it over the stove. After 10-15 minutes, I added about 2-3 cups of lactose-free milk and reduced it to a simmer. I also put a tablespoon of brown sugar to the mix. It was DELICIOUS! I was happy that everyone loved it and even got seconds. :) It was a perfect amount of spices. I was worried that it might have needed more milk, but it was fine.

This blend is so convenient, especially for those times when I don’t have enough time to crush my own spices, like yesterday. :)

Delicious cup of tea! I made it over the stovetop. Reminds me of the chai I had regularly in Tanzania. I love it. This is one of the best blended chais I’ve had besides Rishi’s chai. So good! I’m glad I purchased this and helped with the relief.

I love this tea. I don’t get a strong coconut flavor, but it’s such a creamy, well-balanced chai. I do a mix of half water and half milk – bring to a boil and then simmer steep for 4 minutes. Strained and sweetened with about 1 tsp of maple syrup. It has a nice spice blend and is warm and comforting. Love it.

This is a perfect cup of chai.
Everything balances out so nicely. The spices are perfect, and the lemongrass goes really well with the genmaicha.

I made this chai instead of 52tea’s chocolate chai – enjoyed it a lot more! But then I realized I forgot to put sugar into the other. Oops!

Special thanks to LiberTEAs for this one!

I really like it!

The Genmaicha is the perfect ‘strength’ for me and of good quality. The Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger is quite subtle and I’m completely fine with that. There are little popped rice that is nice! The Lemongrass is a wonderful touch! This is another good, unique chai/blend from Yogic Chai!!! YAY!

I am addicted to this blend and have had it for the past 5 nights in a row. I was concerned prior to ordering that since this was an “authentic” chai, the cardamom would be overpowering. This is not the case. All of the spices blend well and perfectly. As an extra plus, the coconut provides a natural sweetness. This is a tie w/Liberteas Masterpiece Chai.
