so i finally got around to trying the raspberry leaves after letting them dry for a few weeks.

an awesome tea!

when i smell the leaves dry, they have no smell to them.

when i smell the leaves wet, they smell nice and floral.

when i smell the brewed tea, it smells toasty, sweet and like raspberries.

when i taste the tea its sweet, toasty (like an oolong) and i taste raspberries.

i rate this 100 because it’s sweet and leaves a lingering sweet after taste

so i picked some of this tea from my backyard.

doesn’t smell or taste like much even though the leaves were already dry. but had a extremely minor peppermint taste, but seemed the taste is similar to sheng puehr steeped for 3-5 seconds

in the end its an ok tea, but i probably wont pick again unless i run out of tea

NOTE: steeped for 10 seconds as my native friend said to steep it very short

many thanks to Johnny for telling me of this tea. he knows a lot about native plants and native medicine :D
